Esordio always strives to provide the most comfortable and fashionable items to our customers, so you have the right to return or replace your purchased item within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Return and replacement conditions:
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or replace the goods purchased by you within 7 days after receipt. In this case, you must fill out the form OR notify Esordio of your decision by calling (+359) 885666647 or send an email to esordio.info@gmail.com. Only after receiving a confirmation (via phone or email) can you return the purchased item. All expense on returns are covered by the client.

The esordio.bg team is notified in writing or by phone that the shipment will be returned.
The product must be commercially – in the original packaging, with all labels available, not worn, have not been treated with detergents and be clean and odorless.
All accompanying documents- commodity receipt, cash order and/or receipt must be attached to the return shipment.
Esordio.bg reserves the right not to accept returned products that do not comply with the conditions described above.
Wrong size and return of goods:
If you wish to change your purchase to another size or other item, then you must follow the steps described above. Once we receive the item you wish to return, we will send you a new one according to your requirements. The cost of sending a new item in exchange is borne by the Shipper – esordio.bg. The cost of returning the item – at the expense of the Customer except for cases where the parcel has serious violations of its physical integrity, packaging and contents; the products are delivered or invoiced incorrectly; the products have factory defects. In these cases esordio.bg will bear the cost of delivery.
Refund:
In case you wish to fully return a purchased item, please follow the steps described above. Once we receive the goods you wish to return and verify its integrity, as well as that the accompanying documents are attached, the amount will be refunded to you by the original payment method. The refund shall be made within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.
